  • Modo

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Iron Hour

    IRON HOUR is a 60 minute fusion of hot yoga, cardio, and light weight training. This high energy class is designed to tone, sculpt, and the strengthen the entire body. A fun and intense complement to your regular yoga practice!

  • Cardio Barre

    Up-tempo barre and mat fitness class. For this class, we crank up the music and MOVE! Designed to build strength and focus on specific muscle groups. Weights, balls, rings, and bands may be used. Non-heated in NKY, lightly heated in Clifton and Cincinnati.

  • Modo/ Yin

    Modo/Yin – 75 minute practice beginning with a mix of “Yang” postures from the Modo and Modo Flow standing sequences. This is followed by a floor series of Yin postures, held passively for 3-5 minutes each, lengthening the deep connective tissues of the body. Suitable for all levels.

  • Hot Flow

    Vinyasa flow yoga in the heat. Faster paced than a Modo class with shorter holds but more flow from posture to posture. This class will not follow a set series of postures, but will instead vary from class to class.

  • Hot Fusion Pilates

    A blend of mat pilates and yoga in the lightly heated room.

  • Hot Vinyasa Barre

    Vinyasa Barre is a dynamic and cardiovascular 60 min workout. Combining the mindful movement of yoga and focused intensity of ballet, to make this a challenging and energetic workout! Build body awareness, mix up your routine, and have fun!

  • Modo Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Pre-natal

    Breath and movement that compliments our regular series for expecting mothers.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
