Meditation Class with Maria Kammerer, Reiki Master | Tuesdays in September 5:15-6PM
MODO Cincinnati
Meditation helps to relieve stress and create a sense of peace and well-being. When we meditate we learn to let go of our thoughts and relax our mind, body and spirit allowing ourselves to be rejuvenated. Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years to help develop a deeper spiritual and mental focus. Join me in building a meditation practice that will bring you life long benefits. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class. The money raised in these classes will be donated to the Moll Hooper Education Fund. Minimum donation is $5 per participant.

Headstand Mini Workshop | Kristin | 9/22 | 12:15 -1PM
MODO Cincinnati

Focus on tips & tricks to find strength & balance in headstand.  Learn how to cultivate physical and mental invigoration with two different headstand versions-
tripod and supported headstand.  There will also be time to learn how to "fall out" of headstand with grace and care.
Find the balance point to hang out upside down for a bit.
Benefits of headstand-Improve circulation, strengthen the head neck & shoulder,  improve balance, create endless uplifting energy, build confidence, and gain new perspective on life. The space is limited to 15 people so we can all have wall space for support.
Small class size and focus will give everyone an opportunity for questions and one-on-one guidance.
